No. MTB does not guarantee that your tickets will sell or what they will sell for.

However, MTB does have a 99.9% sell rate on their tickets and has sold most of those tickets, for a profit!

Tickets normally sell the day before the game or game day itself. Tickets sell can even be sold after kickoff, up until a certain point of the game.

Our goal is always to get the tickets sold not only at the best possible price but also, as soon as possible.

Third party markets charge 10-15% of the ticket sale price.MTB will take $10 per ticket + 5% of the ticket sale cost, after third party fees.

For Example:

2 tickets sold x $100 each = $200 third party fees = 15% x 200 = $30

Ticket payout before MTB fees = $170

$170 - $10 per ticket ($20) + 5% of $170 ($9)

Total MTB fees: $29

Total payout to ticket holder: $170 - $29 = $141

Since tickets are being resold on the third party market, MTB must wait for the payout from that company.

The wait is generally 5-7 business days for MTB to receive payout from the company + an additional 3-5 days to receive payment/receipts from MTB.
